My Pathways to Wellness is a rural-based telemedicine practice dedicated to eliminating barriers to healthcare access across rural Arizona. We specialize in providing comprehensive, personalized care for HIV, Hepatitis C, and opioid use by leveraging telemedicine technology that brings you, the patient, a unique path to wellness. Our quality medical services are where you are and when you want it. We remove obstacles such as transportation challenges and privacy concerns that often prevent individuals from seeking the care needed.
Our mission is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their location or circumstances, has access to expert medical management of chronic conditions. We offer convenient medication management, lab evaluations, and both pre- and post-exposure HIV treatments, all delivered with compassion and clinical excellence. Meet Your Clinician
Gina Silveira, MSN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience caring for patients across Arizona. A Northern Arizona University graduate who earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors and ranked in the top 10% of her class, Gina completed a post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner residency focused on rural family practice and community health — an experience that shaped her deep commitment to bringing high-quality care to underserved communities.
Throughout her career Gina has specialized in the management and treatment of HIV, Hepatitis C, and opioid use disorder, including serving as a clinical lead where she helped develop medication-assisted treatment protocols for opioid dependency. She understands firsthand the barriers that prevent rural Arizonans from accessing the care they need — and she built My Pathways to Wellness specifically to remove them.
Gina believes that compassionate, expert care should never depend on where you live, how you get there, or whether you feel comfortable walking through a clinic door. Through secure telehealth visits, she brings the same clinical excellence she has delivered throughout her career directly to you — with honesty, without judgment, and with genuine investment in your path to wellness.
